Leadership Programs

In partnership with the North Tahoe Chamber and the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation, the North Lake Tahoe-Truckee Leadership Program is designed to develop and inspire a diverse group of community leaders. This program offers participants an in-depth understanding of the critical issues facing our region, fosters collaborative problem-solving skills, and builds a strong network of engaged citizens. Through a series of immersive sessions, participants explore topics such as local government, economic development, environmental stewardship, and social challenges, gaining the tools and insights to become effective agents of positive change in our community.

Next Level Leadership, in collaboration with Love Your 5, is an intensive program focused on enhancing individual leadership capabilities and fostering personal and professional growth. This program provides participants with advanced leadership training, emphasizing self-awareness, communication, strategic thinking, and team building. Through interactive workshops, personalized coaching, and practical application, Next Level Leadership empowers individuals to elevate their leadership potential, inspire their teams, and achieve impactful results in their respective fields and within the broader community.
