FuturePreneurs of Truckee-Tahoe
Nurturing Tomorrow's Innovators and Leaders
FuturePreneurs gives local high school students the opportunity to explore entrepreneurship, develop practical business skills, and connect with local business owners and mentors. Created in partnership with the Truckee Chamber, Sierra Business Council, and Lift Workspace, the program combines a speaker series featuring local professionals with an intensive, week-long Boot Camp. Students learn what it takes to turn an idea into action while building skills and confidence they can carry forward.
This school year, FuturePreneurs will feature a speaker series from September through March, followed by an intensive, week-long Boot Camp in March. Students will learn directly from local professionals and then put those lessons into action by developing their own business ideas.
