Meet New Member: Tahoe Sauna Company

We are happy to welcome the Tahoe Sauna Company to our business community as a new Truckee Chamber Member! The Tahoe Sauna Company designs custom saunas for Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, and the greater Tahoe region — indoor, outdoor, garage and shed conversions, and barrel saunas. Every design comes with 3D renderings, heater and ventilation specs, and a detailed materials list with real pricing, and the company connects clients with licensed local builders.

"Most people building a sauna here run into the same handful of problems — a heater that's the wrong size, ventilation treated as an afterthought, benches set too low — and they're almost all fixable before you build," said Reid Haefer, owner of Tahoe Sauna Company. 

Services range from a $100 design consultation and plan reviews to full custom design packages, with build-ready plans available nationwide. A quality traditional sauna typically starts around $5,000 depending on finishes and features.
