Friends of the Truckee Library Host Small Business Focus Group for New Truckee Library

Please join on April 20th, 6:00 - 7:00 pm

You've probably heard about a project underway to build a much-needed new library in Truckee. The Friends of The Truckee Library (FOTL) is inviting small business owners to participate in a focus group about this new Truckee Regional Library.

The goal of the focus group is to learn more about what a 21st century library might mean for small business owners, partners, and employees. What kind of programs and services would be most relevant to this important part of the Truckee community?

The focus group will take place on Monday, April 25 from 6:00 -7:00 pm at the Truckee Airport meeting room ‘A’. There will be light appetizers. This is NOT a fundraiser. The FOTL will use information from the meeting to help assure the new library is an important resource for businesses. This is a great opportunity to have the voices of the Truckee small business community heard and to be an influence at an early stage of the project.

Please register by sending an email to danberinger11@gmail.com. (Dan is a retired business person volunteering with the Friends of the Truckee Library.)
