Summer in Truckee means early morning paddling on Donner Lake, mountain bike rides and pump track sessions. Donner train tunnel hikes and rock climbing, floating the river and hanging out in downtown. In my mind, a cold beer or a great glass of wine is the perfect pairing to all of those activities, and a great way to end a day spent with family and friends outdoors.
