Dollar Point Housing Development Community Meetings, May 20 & July 19
Dollar Creek Crossing is the new project being proposed on Dollar Hill in Tahoe City. This project aims to provide new workforce housing close to jobs, transit, trails, recreation and services. A mix of affordable rentals and market rate achievable housing will be developed to meet a range of income levels.

Engage in the Future of Truckee! Town of Truckee General Plan Update Process and Housing First Moving Full Steam Ahead
The Town of Truckee is in the process of updating their General Plan which sets the vision and land use road map up to the year 2040. Housing is a major piece of both of these planning efforts. Due this August is the Housing Element for the Town which establishes how the Town will meet affordable housing requirements over the next 8 years. Click here for more information.
