Businesses can expect to talk to students about various levels of career options associated with their career industry. Participating businesses will also have the opportunity to work directly with TTUSD’s Todd Wold to develop exploration pathways. A pathway example would be offering interested students the opportunity to apply to spend time at a later date job shadowing one or more types of careers. This could lead to the possibility of applying for an unpaid internship, possibly leading to a paid internship. Any businesses interested in exploring what developing an exploration pathway may look like for their industry can contact Todd Wold, TTUSD Manager – College and Careers: Career Technical Education and Adult Education Programs, at (530) 582–2591 or email: twold@ttusd.orgPlease inquire by Friday, November 9, 2019.

This event is offered through sponsorships from the Excellence in Education Foundation and the Truckee Tahoe Airport District.
