CHARTYSMITH’s Brenda Zimmerman Helps Honor Lives of Those Who Passed

Brenda Zimmerman CharitySmith Non Profit

CHARTYSMITH’s Brenda Zimmerman helps the community honor the lives of those who have passed. CHARITYSMITH Nonprofit Foundation was created by Brooks Rohlen in memory of his father who was killed in a commercial airplane crash in 1970. CharitySmith is committed to the creation and management of memorial funds. CharitySmith offers a simple and expedient pathway to the creation of memorials in memory of loved ones. By contributing to the lives of others, they remember and honor the lives of those who have passed away. Since its inception in 1994, the mission of CharitySmith has been to honor the memory of a loved one by helping others achieve their dreams. CharitySmith’s first endeavor, the Douglas F. Smith Memorial Fund, was created to assist students, artists, and athletes. Over the years, others have worked with CharitySmith to memorialize their loved ones in a similar manner and the nonprofit efforts have grown from a single scholarship to include a broad range of memorial endeavors. CharitySmith’s Local Funds are Rocker Memorial Skate Park – A grassroots effort to construct a brand new, state of the art skatepark in Truckee, CA and the Douglas F Smith Fund – DFSF supporting students & athletes, particularly local Tahoe skiers and ski teams!
